For Sellers
I know how to market and describe a property so that the right buyers will notice.
Most importantly, when I work with a seller, I put in the extra time to be at all the showings, give a well-illustrated tour of the property and answer any questions raised by prospective buyers and their agents.
With my background as a professional photographer, I know how to represent your house not just as a series of generic glossy photos of room after room, but as an actual place with a particular personality. I photograph the light and the feel of the house, and I might include small details of note.
And, by the way: I relish the “odd” property—houses that others may think are difficult to sell for various reasons. My history as an art professor has put me in touch with people who may not be searching for something conventional. It’s all relative! An “outdated” kitchen to one person may be the kitchen of a grandmother remembered fondly by another—and here’s a chance to by not just a house but a piece of one’s own past.
Nonetheless, I will advise you on what repairs or improvements should be executed before the house goes on the market. These might considerably facilitate a sale or raise the price of the house. I will also curate every detail in staging—from object placement to furniture arrangement to scent—so that once the house goes on the market, you will have the strongest showing possible.
I am associated with Coldwell Banker Community Realtors, this brokerage is family owned. For me, that is key. Brian Megliola and Christine Aubrey are a dynamic mother and son duo, exceedingly well regarded throughout the Valley. Christine has been a broker for over 35 years and Brian grew up in the real estate world. In joining their team, I have access to the best of both worlds: the intimacy of a local, family-run business and the resources of Coldwell Banker, a highly successful and recognizable name in the world of real estate.
